John Rigby visited folks in Barkhamsted this week, visiting the senior center for breakfast with roughly 40 people. First Selectman Don Stein accompanied Rigby, a Colebrook resident elected in November to represent the 63rd House District in Hartford. The district includes not only part of Barkhamsted, but also Winsted, Canaan, Norfolk, Colebrook, North Canaan and Hartland. Rigby spoke the group for a few minutes after Stein introduced him. From there, Rigby went to Town Hall where Stein introduced him to the staff.
