State Representative Lawrence G. Miller, R-122nd District, discusses a serious flooding problem in Stratford’s south end at a legislative forum hosted by the Stratford Chamber of Commerce at the Stratford Baldwin Center March 26th. He said correcting the problem will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and the project may take years to complete because the state does not have enough money to get it underway anytime soon.
