The Choir of the Adademy of Our Lady of Mercy Lauralton Hall gave a captivating, moving performance of the Star Spangled Banner at the opening of the session of the the State House of Representatives on February 24, 2010. The performance from the Catholic girl’s preparatory school located in Milford was arranged by State Representative T. R. Rowe of Trumbull. A number of the girls in the choir live in Representative Rowe’s district.
