Representative Noujaim welcomed Boy Scouts of America pack 218 from SS. Peter and Paul Church in Waterbury to the capitol Tuesday. The scouts took a guided tour of the Legislative Office Building and the Capitol before having lunch in the legislative dining room. Then, Rep. Noujaim brought the kids into a hearing room where they set up and ran a mock public hearing on whether or not there should be an official Boy Scout Day. After a question and answer session the vote passed.
