Rep. Noujaim hosts Government and Agency Fair

Rep. Noujaim talks with Peter Lent, assistant executive director for the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) and Eric Hampton, development agent for the State Department of Economic and Community Development, during the 2010 Waterbury Government and Agency Fair at Crosby High School Tuesday night.

The event featured booths and exhibitions staffed by representatives from state and municipal agencies and non-profit groups including: Department of Labor, CT Works, public health, public utility control, economic and community development, child advocate, banking, the Connecticut Housing Financing Authority, Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, Connecticut Innovations, Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism, the University of Connecticut, Charter Oak State College, the Western Connecticut Agency on Aging, and the Connecticut Light & Power Co.

The Government and Agency Fair is a service to the community. It was free of charge and open to anyone in the Greater Waterbury area.
