Representative Noujaim honored East End Community Club President Patricia Goodin during a brief ceremony at their monthly meeting. Rep. Noujaim presented Goodin with a citation from the Waterbury legislative delegation praising her leadership and dedication to the club and the entire east End of Waterbury.
