BETHEL—State Reps. David Scribner and Dan Carter will hold a March 31 forum at Bethel Middle School, where they invite constituents to join a discussion about the state budget, the looming deficit and alternatives to Gov. Dannel Malloy’s proposal to increase taxes on middle class families. They will be joined by state Sens. Toni Boucher and Mike McLachlan.
