Rep. Larry Miller joined Rep. Jason Perillo and State Senator Kevin Kelly to host a Town Hall Forum on Governor Dannel P. Malloy’s proposed state budget. The forum, held on March 29th at the Shelton Town Hall attracted numerous town residents who voiced concerns over the heavy tax increases of $1.5 billion in a budget that includes over $900 million more in new spending.
