Williams fights for Middle Class Taxpayers

Here is Rep. Sean Williams’ floor speech supporting the Republican “No Tax Increase” budget amendment in effort to replace the budget proposed by the Democrats which aims to increase both taxes and spending on middle class families substantially. Unfortunately, the Republican amendment failed along strict party lines and any hope of Connecticut taxpayers being spared tax hikes was defeated.
