WOLCOTT — State Rep. Rob Sampson today presented a special legislative citation to a local man who served his country in hostile territory. Pfc. Justin Bryce St. Louis was stationed in the Middle East as a member of the U.S. Army’s 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment. St. Louis, who completed Advance Individual Training as a tracked vehicle mechanic, served in Iraq for roughly a year after deployment in August 2010. He is home on leave from Fort Hood, Texas., and joined members of his family in meeting Sampson at Town Hall. Sampson, who also represents part of Southington, told the young soldier that he has made residents of this town proud.
