Rep. Srinivasan was on hand to thank retiring Glastonbury Police Chief Thomas Sweeney, a 12-year veteran of the department, for his exemplary service to the community.
“The Town of Glastonbury has greatly benefited from your leadership. Your devotion to duty and commitment to your profession is an inspiration truly worthy of emulation. You have touched many, many lives in your career and our community is all the better for all that you have done for us over the years” Rep. Srinivasan said.
Rep. Srinivasan was honored to be a part of Chief Sweeney’s retirement celebration and applauded his dedication to making the neighborhoods of Glastonbury safer.
