Rep. DebraLee Hovey (R-112), Sen. Kevin Kelly and Sen. Anthony Musto met with Monroe’s local elected officials (BOE, Selectmen, Board of Finance & the Superintendent) to go over the Governor’s education reform package March 14 in Masuk High School in Monroe. The legislators wanted to make sure the town officials understood what Gov. Malloy was proposing and thought that a sit down meeting with them would be beneficial.
