Representative Clark Chapin was first elected in November 2000 to serve the people of the 67th District. He was re-elected to his fifth term in November 2008. The 67th district encompasses the majority of New Milford. Rep. Chapin serves as Ranking Member (House Republican Leader) of the General Assembly’s Environment Committee and as a member of the Finance, Revenue and Bonding Committee and Human Services Committee.
