FREY CALLS FOR STORM SPECIAL SESSION
State Rep. John H. Frey of Ridgefield joined House Republican leader Larry Cafero’s call for a special Legislative session in December to look into emergency preparedness after massive power outages left more than 800,000 Connecticut houses and businesses in the dark.
FREY SLAMS ELECTRIC COMPANY RESPONSE IN RIDGEFIELD

RIDGEFIELD- State Rep. John Frey R-111 today criticized Connecticut Light and Powers (CL&P) response to Ridgefield outages due to Hurricane Irene.

The percentage has not dropped significantly since Monday night. Current numbers put electric outages at 72% in Ridgefield.

State Representative John H. Frey won re-election to serve as State Representative for the people of the 111th District on November 4, 2008. A Ridgefield resident since 1965, Representative Frey attended the Ridgefield public schools and graduated from Ridgefield High School in 1981. He went on to study at Western Connecticut State University.
